If there is discovered abusage:

• Access could be subject to suspend or removal
• No certificates will be given
• No refunds will be issued
• We recommend all learners work from their own accounts to ensure no abusage and also fairness to all learners.

Refunds do not generally apply once a course starts and access to learning material or live learning events has been provided to the learner.  In special and rare circumstances (medical emergency) or if the learner completes a written request for a refund before the batch starts, you may be submitted for a partial refund or transfer, and each would be on approval of management.

Once a course starts, you are not allowed to transfer your seat. Unless you do so before the start of the course where you would submit a one and only transfer request before it starts and are approved.
