By enrolling in any program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Registration & Participation

Registration is confirmed only after successful payment (where applicable).
Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Access details for online sessions will be shared only with registered participants and must not be shared with others.

Fees & Payments

All fees are communicated in advance and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Fees once paid are non-transferable.
Any applicable refunds or adjustments will follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy mentioned separately.

Training Delivery

Analytics Training Hub reserves the right to modify session schedules, trainers, content flow, or delivery mode due to unavoidable circumstances.
In case of rescheduling, participants will be informed in advance.
No guarantee is provided regarding specific outcomes, job placements, or salary increases.

Intellectual Property

All training materials, presentations, recordings, content, logos, and resources are the intellectual property of Analytics Training Hub.
Participants may use the material for personal learning purposes only.
Copying, recording, sharing, distributing, or reselling any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Recording Policy

Sessions may be recorded by Analytics Training Hub for internal, quality, or future reference purposes.
Participants are not permitted to record sessions unless explicitly authorised.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful environment.
Analytics Training Hub reserves the right to remove any participant without refund in cases of:

Misconduct
Disruptive behaviour
Sharing access credentials
Violation of intellectual property rights

Certificates

Certificates (where applicable) are issued only upon meeting participation or completion criteria defined for the program.
Analytics Training Hub reserves the right to withhold certificates in case of policy violations.

Limitation of Liability

Analytics Training Hub shall not be held liable for:
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Internet connectivity issues at the participant’s end
- Any indirect or consequential losses
Training content is provided for educational purposes only.

Privacy

Participant data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

Third-Party Tools & Software

Some trainings may involve third-party tools, platforms, or software. Analytics Training Hub is not responsible for changes, pricing, or policies of such third-party services.

Changes to Terms

Analytics Training Hub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website and will be effective immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
